How does it work?
All you need to do is submit your film to the filmfreeway platform and let us do the rest.
We will select the best projects for representation and package them into a catalogue, making it easier for executives to find the perfect film for their audience.
- We select 10 features, 7 documentaries and 3 short films for representation.
Submit Film to Cannes Film Agency
Catalogues are packaged by genre: comedies, dramas, thrillers, horror, documentaries, true crime, etc.
Projects with the best chance of making an impact with executives are:
- Marketable project: Defined genre and have recognizable elements (director, cast, etc.)
- Concise pitch: Clear concept, primary characters, and a unique world
- Professional presentation: Supported with marketable materials
When there is interest in your film, we will advise you on the best options and help you close the deal.
You have the final say on which territories are available, and once the sale is complete, our Sales Agent Fee of 12% will be due.

Rules and Terms
On selection we sign a non-exclusive agreement as Sales Agent with a 12% fee on completion of a Sale.
- Films accepted in any language, non-English dialogue must be subtitled in English or French
- Films must not be publicly available online
- Films must have territories available for sale, preferably worldwide
- Only films completed after 2020 accepted
- Films must be longer than 15 minutes
- Submission confirms full rights to submit and all necessary rights obtained for exhibition and inclusion.
